Booking Process and Confirmation

How Your Booking is Confirmed

A seat in a Yatra batch is only confirmed once all three conditions below are met. An enquiry, phone call, or WhatsApp message alone does not constitute a confirmed booking.

  • 1
Deposit received: The full registration deposit is received and cleared in our designated bank account.
  • 2
Documents submitted: All required documents — passport, photographs, Aadhaar, medical certificate, and completed application forms — are submitted.
  • 3
Written confirmation issued: A written confirmation from Divine Mantra Private Limited is received by you by email or WhatsApp.
📅
Document Submission Deadline
All documents must be submitted within 7 days of deposit payment and at least 45–60 days before departure. Failure to meet this deadline may result in forfeiture of your booking and deposit.
🪑
Seat Allocation
Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis based on deposit receipt. A seat is not guaranteed until the deposit is received and cleared in our account.
✦   ✦   ✦

Balance payment: Due at least 45 days before departure. Failure to pay by the due date results in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

Itinerary Changes

When Itineraries May Change

Published itineraries are based on the best available information. The actual journey may vary due to factors beyond our control. Pilgrim safety and welfare is our primary consideration in making any change.

🌦️
Reasons for Variation
Weather conditions, road closures, landslides, permit delays, Chinese authority instructions, helicopter operational constraints, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
🔄
Our Right to Substitute
We reserve the right to alter, modify, or substitute any accommodation, transport, route, or activity as necessary. No compensation is payable for variations caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
🏔️
Critical Components
If the Kailash Parikrama or Mansarovar holy dip cannot be completed due to weather, permit, or government restrictions, we will endeavour to offer an equivalent alternative. No refund is payable for components that cannot be completed due to such restrictions.
💬
Communication
All significant itinerary changes will be communicated to you as early as possible by WhatsApp or email. Our Tour Manager will brief the group on-ground for day-of changes.
